Logistics Coordinator | Toronto, ON | Full-time | Monday–Friday | 9:00am–5:30pm Office-based | Permanent position Strong supply networks depend on inventory, transit schedules, and vendor communication working together. We're looking for a Logistics Coordinator in Toronto, ON to oversee day-to-day distribution activities, coordinate freight workflows, and help ensure that delivery targets are met efficiently and consistently. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily shipping and receiving activities and coordinate freight priorities across teams Establish and maintain procedures that support consistent warehouse and transport workflows Monitor delivery performance, review carrier reports, and track distribution metrics Identify transit bottlenecks and recommend improvements to existing supply processes Coordinate warehouse space, schedules, and cargo shipments to support business objectives Work with transport leads to address shipping delays and remove logistical bottlenecks Maintain accurate inventory logs, shipping manifests, and vendor documentation Review dispatch progress against delivery deadlines, schedules, and target objectives Support the planning and implementation of regional supply chain projects Communicate route updates and delivery expectations to relevant operational teams Help ensure internal safety protocols and shipping requirements are followed Prepare distribution updates and efficiency recommendations for management review You'll need: Strong organizational and supply-chain problem-solving skills Clear written and verbal communication The ability to coordinate multiple freight shipments and competing transit deadlines Confidence reviewing carrier reports, identifying delivery trends, and tracking performance Good judgment when resolving day-to-day dispatch or warehouse issues The ability to collaborate across teams and support vendor accountability Proficiency with standard office software, spreadsheets, and inventory systems A practical approach to inventory control and logistics decision-making Working Week Monday to Friday 9:00am–5:30pm Full-time, permanent Office-based in Toronto, ON If you're looking for a Logistics Coordinator position in Toronto, ON where you can take ownership of distribution processes, support supply operations, and contribute to freight performance improvements, please submit your current resume for consideration. #LogisticsCoordinator #TorontoJobs #OntarioJobs #ONJobs #LogisticsJobs #SupplyChain #OnSiteJobs #FullTimeJobs
