Our Opening and Your Responsibilities Mettler Toledo is seeking to hire a Logistics Coordinator to support our Warehouse Operations in Worthington, Ohio. As our Logistics Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the outbound delivery processes and resolving internal quality issues to ensure a quick resolution to meet our customer's delivery expectations. Your responsibilities in this role will also include: * Ensure timely resolution of shipping errors and order holds to help drive on time delivery. * Monitor, identify and resolve issues pertaining to Goods Issue and creation of transfer orders. * Finalize, prepare, and complete documentation for Level 1 HazMat shipments. * Facilitate the correction of internal errors identified by support and our warehouse colleagues. * Communicate with internal and external organizations and freight forwarders to ensure timely resolution of outbound issues. * Facilitate the consolidation of AM Hub warehouse deliveries as required by the customer. * Assist in driving a lean culture within the AM Hub organization. * Consolidate, record, and report quality issues. * General outbound support as needed. What You Need to Succeed * A High School Diploma is required. An Associate Degree in Logistics or related field is preferred. * Proficiency with or ability to learn Microsoft Office and SAP. * Ability to work in a fast-paced team oriented environment. * Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. * Ability to write and prepare detailed information for individual and mass distributions that conforms to prescribed style and format. Ability to work with business calculations; including discounts, gross margins, markups, and currency conversions. * Ability to interpret a variety of technical instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. * Demonstrated energy and strong attention for detail. * Prior warehouse experience is a plus.
