Logistics Coordinator

Job Description Skyframe & Art, Inc. is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and bilingual (English/Spanish) Logistics Coordinator to manage daily pickups, deliveries, shipments, and installations. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, a strong multitasker, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate daily pickups, deliveries, and installations. Organize and optimize delivery routes for drivers and installation teams. Communicate with customers, drivers, and internal teams in both English and Spanish. Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, including FedEx, UPS, and freight carriers. Prepare shipping labels, bills of lading, and necessary documentation. Track shipments and deliveries to ensure deadlines are met. Work closely with production, sales, and customer service teams. Resolve scheduling conflicts, delivery issues, and last-minute changes. Maintain accurate logistics records and schedules. Ensure proper coordination of artwork packaging and safe transportation. Qualifications Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Previous experience in logistics, dispatching, shipping, or operations preferred. Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer systems. Experience with route-planning or delivery-management software is a plus. Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented.
