Logistics Coordinator

Job Overview Net Platform Exposure is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support daily logistics, order fulfillment, scheduling, documentation, and customer coordination. This role is ideal for an organized professional who enjoys managing multiple priorities, solving operational issues, and keeping shipments and deliveries on schedule. What You’ll Do Coordinate shipments, deliveries, schedules, and order fulfillment activities. Communicate with customers, vendors, carriers, and internal teams. Prepare and maintain shipping, order, and logistics documentation. Track deliveries, ETAs, delays, and shipment status. Update logistics information in company systems and spreadsheets. Monitor inventory, orders, and shipping requirements. Help resolve delivery, scheduling, and documentation issues. Maintain accurate records and support daily logistics reporting. Follow company procedures and applicable safety and compliance requirements. What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of logistics, transportation, supply chain, or operations experience preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Comfortable using Excel, email, and logistics/ERP systems. Experience with TMS, WMS, or shipping software is a plus. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and solve problems efficiently.
