Logistics Coordinator

Job Overview The Logistics Coordinator supports the movement and availability of materials and orders across supply chain operations. This role coordinates warehouse distribution, purchasing, freight, and shipping and receiving, helping teams fulfill orders accurately and keep daily processes moving. Responsibilities Coordinate transportation, freight, 3PL partners, shipping and receiving, packaging, and order fulfillment. Support procurement, purchasing, sourcing, pricing, and demand planning to align materials with operational needs. Maintain information in ERP systems, warehouse management systems, transportation management systems, AS400, and CMMS. Review operational data, support process improvement, and coordinate warehouse activities such as order picking and materials management. Your impact: Reliable coordination helps colleagues maintain timely, accurate order flow. Qualifications Required: Practical organization, clear communication, data analysis, and comfort coordinating supply chain, warehouse, and transportation workflows using relevant systems. Preferred: Warehouse experience and familiarity with warehouse distribution, e-commerce, procurement, freight, 3PL, forklift operations, and the systems and processes listed above are advantageous.
