Logistics Coordinator

Anthony-Thomas Candy Co. is the largest family-owned-and-operated candy company in the Midwest celebrating 74 years of service. We are now providing warehousing & distribution, e-commerce fulfillment, transportation and dedicated fleet both FTL and LTL. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator for our growing Family Business. Position is Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm. What we Offer: This position includes a competitive hourly rate, with overtime opportunities A comprehensive benefits package including a 401(k) plan Health, Dental, and Vision insurance Paid time off Requirements - Logistics Coordinator: At least 1 year of previous experience in Logistics is highly preferred At least 1 year of previous B2B Sales experience is highly preferred Ability to reliably commute to our office in Columbus Energetic, self-starter Resourceful and constructive problem solver Excellent organization skills and attention to detail Proficient in Outlook; intermediate in Excel and Word Able to quickly learn Responsibilities - Logistics Coordinator: As a Logistics Coordinator, you will work directly with the Account Managers You will be tasked to enter new orders and schedule appointments Updating shipment records in the system Troubleshoot shipment issues Build excellent rapport with clients to promote Legacy as a reliable business partner Provide excellent customer service in managing client's shipments Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Experience: Logistics: 1 year (Preferred) B2B sales: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
