Logistics Co-ordinator

We are currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a proven track record in logistics or transportation coordination. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and monitor freight movement efficiently. Communicate with drivers, dispatchers, and customers to ensure on-time pickup/ deliveries. Track shipments and resolve any service issues in a timely manner. Maintain accurate record of loads, schedules, and transportation documents. Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations. Build strong relationships with carriers and customers to support ongoing operations. Requirements: Minimum 1+ years of verified experience in a logistics, dispatch, or transportation coordination role (preferred). Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and industry practices. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with logistics/dispatch software (Xpert iT ) and MS Office.
