ties of Logistics Clerk:
You will support inventory accuracy by monitoring product movement, completing record updates, performing inventory checks, resolving discrepancies, and collaborating with warehouse teams to maintain effective operations.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments while updating inventory information correctly.
• Complete scheduled inventory audits and cycle counts to confirm stock accuracy.
• Identify inventory issues and assist with resolving discrepancies in stock levels or transactions.
• Maintain accurate documentation for inventory movement and adjustments.
• Work with warehouse associates, equipment operators, and other teams to support timely inventory processing.
• Assist in keeping warehouse areas safe, organized, and efficient.
• Support other warehouse activities, including shipment handling and inventory corrections when required.
Required Skills and Experience of Logistics Clerk:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional logistics or warehouse certifications are preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a similar role.
• Ability to use warehouse management systems (WMS) and computer applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail with effective organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with team members and supervisors.
• Experience operating forklifts or warehouse equipment is beneficial.
