Position Objectives Summary : To support Inventory/Traffic Dept. in carrying out of daily duties. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities : DRU inventory movement and retention emails. US consolidated shipments: monitoring for any warehouse requests and for any broker questions on the shipments. Automatic Releases reviewed to ensure the accuracy of the clearance. Duties Relief report. International (overseas) export document preparation. Calculating priority quantities to be pulled/shipped from pending Production Orders based on forecasted inventory shortages. Updating data in monthly production/inventory reports. Preparing pdf copies of documents for direct payments. Trade shows returns documentation. Additional Responsibilities / Duties: Other duties as they occur or as assigned. Required Skills / Abilities: Good written and verbal communications Strong organization ability Highly detail oriented Ability to handle a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks at the same time Ability to prioritize projects to meet deadlines Required Qualifications: Relevant work experience Computer training – Microsoft Office and Excel Knowledge and Experience: Possess a good working knowledge of: documentation required for international transportation, Canada Customs Import/Export processes Other Requirements : Must be able to comply with established Company Policies and Procedures.
