About the Role As a Warehouse Logistics Center Associate II, you will play a critical role in supporting daily warehouse operations and ensuring the efficient movement, storage, and accuracy of inventory throughout the Logistics Center. This position is responsible for material handling, inventory transactions, order validation, replenishment activities, and warehouse movements while utilizing SAP and scanning technology. You will contribute to KARL STORZ's continuous improvement culture by participating in LEAN initiatives, maintaining high standards of safety and quality, and supporting operational excellence across all warehouse processes. This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to internal and external customers. Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. This position is fully onsite within our Logistics Center environment. What You'll Do Execute warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, replenishment, picking, packing, and inventory movements using SAP and RF scanning devices. Validate product accuracy and order integrity before releasing materials to inventory or shipment. Support inventory management activities, including inventory adjustments, non-conformance reporting, and material disposition processes. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to 6S standards and KARL STORZ safety protocols. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancements, providing feedback, and completing assigned improvement activities. Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, pallet wrapping machines, and other material handling equipment while following established procedures. Cross-train across multiple warehouse functions and assist with warehouse-to-warehouse transfers, bin movements, and replenishment activities. What You Bring High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of 2 years of warehouse, receiving, dock, or logistics experience. Experience using computers, warehouse management systems, scanners, or related applications. Ability to follow established work instructions, policies, and procedures with strong attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment. Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a positive and respectful workplace. Nice to Have 3+ years of warehouse, logistics, or receiving experience. SAP experience in a warehouse or distribution environment. Experience performing inventory adjustments and inventory control activities. Ability to independently troubleshoot issues and support problem-solving efforts.
