The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and logistics, with a proven track record of developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company goals and objectives. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs and requirements. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners. Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of services. Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent Playbook Logistics and generate leads. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and results to senior management. Qualifications: Transportation, Logistics, Asset or Brokerage based Minimum of 1 years sales experience within the transportation industry. Strong understanding of logistics, transportation, and supply chain management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software.
