Logistics Billing Analyst

Job Title: Logistics Billing Analyst Location: Plano, TX (Onsite) Contract: 1 Year Start Date: ASAP Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Key Responsibilities: · Process customer billing (AR) accurately and on time. · Review and audit carrier freight invoices. · Investigate billing errors and duplicate charges. · Prepare billing correction forms and reports. · Review freight documentation and validate charges. · Analyze billing activities and their impact on P&L. · Assist with revenue, cost, and financial reporting. Required / Preferred Skills: · Experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), invoicing, or logistics. · Strong Microsoft Excel skills, especially VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables. · Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). · Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. · Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
