Logistics Associate Shipping & Receiving

Krieghoff International is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Logistics Associate to join our team. This hands-on position is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of shipments, receiving incoming merchandise, and maintaining efficient shipping and receiving operations. Responsibilities Prepare, pack, and process outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently. Create shipping labels, documentation, and track shipments using UPS WorldShip . Perform shipping and receiving transactions in SAP . Receive, inspect, verify, and organize incoming shipments. Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped correctly and on schedule. Maintain accurate shipping records and inventory documentation. Safely handle, move, and organize packages and merchandise. Keep the shipping and receiving area clean, organized, and orderly. Work collaboratively with warehouse, inventory, and sales personnel to resolve shipping discrepancies. Qualifications Previous experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred. Working knowledge of UPS WorldShip and SAP strongly preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to regularly lift and move packages weighing up to 70 pounds . Reliable, punctual, and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
