Duties Assist with inventory management using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Prepare and package orders efficiently through picking & packing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for shipment. Coordinate shipping logistics including scheduling shipments, managing shipping & receiving documentation, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations and international trade standards. Support warehouse distribution activities by stocking shelves, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Utilize Microsoft Office tools for data entry, reporting, and communication related to warehouse operations. Provide excellent customer service by addressing order inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and supporting e-commerce order fulfillment processes. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics environments is preferred Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and inventory tracking. Basic math skills for counting stock quantities, calculating measurements, and processing shipments accurately. Knowledge of shipping logistics, order picking & packing procedures, and trade compliance standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word for reporting purposes. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and support customer service initiatives.
