Logistics Associate

Overview Join the logistics team as a Logistics Associate and keep goods moving accurately through warehouse operations. Duties Receive, inspect, stock, and organize incoming products; load and unload shipments using equipment such as a pallet jack or forklift when qualified. Pick and pack orders, operate an order picker when needed, and prepare packages for shipment. Complete data entry and use Microsoft Office and basic math to verify quantities, documentation, and order details. Support shipping and receiving, customer service, and trade compliance by following applicable international trade regulations and warehouse procedures. Requirements Warehouse experience and familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory management, warehouse distribution, shipping and receiving, or logistics are helpful. Ability to follow order-picking, stocking, packaging, and load-and-unload procedures with care and accuracy. Basic math, data entry, and computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office or warehouse and inventory systems is preferred. Forklift, pallet jack, or order picker experience is an asset; follow required equipment safety procedures. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a customer-focused approach.
