Logistics Associate
Paper MartJob Overview Paper Mart is a growing supplier of packaging, retail and food service products. We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Logistics Associate to help get customer orders shipped on time and at the right cost. What you'll do Request and compare LTL and FTL freight quotes from carriers for customer orders Choose the best carrier on cost, transit time and insurance coverage, making sure the product is fully covered Prepare bills of lading (BOLs) and schedule pickups Coordinate drop-ship and blind-ship orders with suppliers Track shipments and keep customers and sales reps updated Resolve freight issues like delays, damages, claims and billing discrepancies Keep shipping records and documents organized What we're looking for 1 to 2 years of experience in logistics, shipping or freight coordination (preferred) Familiarity with LTL freight, BOLs and carrier portals Strong attention to detail and communication skills Comfortable with email, spreadsheets and order systems (Shopify a plus) Able to juggle multiple orders and deadlines Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 per week Work Location: Remote
