Logistics Associate

Job Summary As a Logistics Associate, you’ll keep products moving accurately through warehouse operations, from receiving and stocking to order fulfillment and shipping. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, load, and unload shipments; complete shipping and receiving tasks and report discrepancies. Stock products and maintain inventory records through data entry and inventory management software. Follow warehouse procedures and applicable trade compliance and international trade regulations. Provide responsive customer service and coordinate with colleagues to resolve order or shipment issues. Skills Required: Basic math, accurate data entry, attention to detail, and the ability to follow safe warehouse operations and picking and packing procedures. Preferred: Warehouse experience in logistics, inventory management, warehouse distribution, shipping and receiving, order picking, or e-commerce fulfillment. Microsoft Office experience is helpful; forklift experience or authorization is preferred.
