Logistics Assistant / Driver NW Crawlspace — Kent, WA Full-time | $24–$28/hour, depending on experience About Us NW Crawlspace makes Puget Sound homes healthier by fixing crawlspaces: vapor barriers, insulation, moisture control and more. Our crews are busy, and we need a reliable, organized driver who gets them the right materials and equipment on time. The Role You'll be the link between our suppliers, our shop in Kent and our job sites. The job is split between driving and warehouse work. On the road, you'll drive a 16' box truck to pick up and deliver materials. At the shop, you'll keep inventory stocked and organized and keep our vehicles clean and ready. This role doesn't involve crawlspace work. What You'll Do Pick up materials from suppliers across the Puget Sound area (vapor barrier, insulation, lumber, fasteners, etc.) Deliver materials, tools and equipment to job sites so crews have what they need before they start Plan efficient routes and share delivery updates with the office and crew leads Receive, check and put away incoming orders at the shop Keep the shop and warehouse clean, organized and safe Make dump and recycling runs to haul away job-site debris Fuel, wash and do basic checks on company vehicles (tires, fluids, lights), and report maintenance needs Load, secure and balance materials safely in the box truck What We're Looking For Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (no major violations in the past 3 years). No CDL required. Able to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check Comfortable driving a 16' box truck in city and highway traffic, including tight residential streets and backing into driveways Organized, dependable and on time. Crews count on you to start their day. Clear communicator by phone and text Able to use a smartphone for routes, photos and order confirmations Box truck, warehouse, delivery or construction supply experience is a plus Knowing Kent and the greater Seattle area is a plus Physical Requirements Regularly lift and carry up to 60 lbs Load and unload the truck, and stand, bend and walk for long periods Schedule Full-time, Monday–Friday, day shift (usually starting around 6:30 AM).
