Position Overview: We’re looking for a highly organized Bilingual Administrative Assistant (Korean/English) to support our fast‑paced, high‑pressure operations team. This is not a short‑term role — we’re seeking someone who wants long‑term stability and growth.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with shipment coordination, documentation, and data entry
• Communicate with clients, carriers, and vendors in Korean and English
• Provide real‑time shipment updates and help resolve issues
• Handle scheduling, filing, and follow‑up tasks
• Maintain accurate records and internal reports
• Deliver friendly, proactive customer service
Requirements:
• Fluent in Korean and English
• Extremely organized; able to multitask in a high‑pressure, fast‑paced environment
• Strong communication and time‑management skills
• No experience required — willingness to learn is essential
• Comfortable with email, spreadsheets, basic office software, and general computer functions
• Part‑time, 5 days a week, Monday–Friday, with either a consistent morning or afternoon shift
• Potential for longer hours and/or full time based on performance
• Office hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (final schedule discussed during interview)
• Able to work on-site
• 3‑month paid training period, plus one year probation period
