Description 

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our supply chain and logistics processes. This position requires strong coordination skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and excellent communication to liaise with vendors, carriers, and internal departments.  

Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating shipments and deliveries to ensure timely arrival of goods.
• Track and update inventory levels and report discrepancies to the logistics manager.
• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate shipping and receiving documents.
• Monitor transportation schedules and resolve any issues related to delays or damages.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
• Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software systems.
