Logistics Assistant El Paso, TX | Full-time | On-site | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM A shipment can be moving and still leave a team unsure what is coming next. As a Logistics Assistant in El Paso, you will help keep orders, delivery information, and handoffs clear for the people receiving and sending goods. You will work on site with a practical team and learn the flow from a request through dispatch and arrival. The role is a good fit for someone who likes checking details and speaking with colleagues to find the current answer. Follow the shipment, not just the number • Check basic order and delivery details before they move to the next step. • Update shipment or receipt records from approved information. • Speak with warehouse, driver, or office colleagues about routine changes. • Flag missing paperwork or a mismatch in quantity promptly. • Keep a simple view of open deliveries so the next shift has useful context. El Paso’s flow of goods creates many handoffs between office and movement of stock. Your job is to make each handoff easier to understand: what has arrived, what is expected, and which detail still needs checking. Your starting point Experience with stock, deliveries, a service desk, or an office can all be relevant. We need someone who checks names and quantities, follows through on a question, and uses a spreadsheet or learns one quickly. Spanish and English are helpful, but not required. You do not need to have managed shipments before. What you will learn • Training in order flow, delivery records, and the team’s system. • Coaching on spotting a discrepancy and escalating it clearly. • Experience with the communication that links warehouse and office work. • A route toward broader logistics coordination tasks. You may be speaking to a warehouse colleague one moment and updating an office record the next. The common thread is a dependable status: what has happened, what is expected, and what still needs someone to check. Apply with your resume and an example of a detail you caught before it caused a delay.
