Mach10 SolutionsAbout the Role As a Logistics and Warehouse Coordinator, you will serve as a vital link in our supply chain by ensuring the accurate preparation and timely dispatch of high-precision components. You will leverage your expertise in inventory management and carrier coordination to maintain high service levels and operational efficiency within our fast-paced facility. Responsibilities Execute order fulfillment by accurately picking items based on specific lot numbers and quantity requirements. Process outbound shipments through ERP software and multi-carrier transportation management systems. Ensure all products are securely packaged to meet rigorous quality standards for transit. Utilize material handling equipment, such as tier-lift or hand trucks, to safely transport goods across the warehouse floor. Maintain a high standard of workplace organization and safety compliance to support team productivity. Collaborate with warehouse staff to streamline workflows and assist in cross-functional logistics tasks. Proactively identify process bottlenecks and recommend solutions to improve shipping accuracy. Qualifications Required Skills High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven experience working with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office suites. Valid driver's license with a clean record. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Effective verbal and written communication skills for internal and external coordination. Preferred Skills Prior experience with international shipping documentation and regulations. Familiarity with Syteline, SAP TMS, or similar logistics software. Previous experience in a high-tolerance manufacturing or industrial warehouse environment.
