Job Overview We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Nightshift Logistics / Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position supports our day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations, helping ensure customer orders are prepared accurately, trucks are loaded efficiently, and products move through our operation safely and on time. The successful candidate is a team player who takes pride in their work, has a positive attitude, and is willing to jump in and help wherever needed. Duties A strong alignment with our core values: Love & Care, Positivity, Passion, Professionalism, and Punctuality Provide backup support for logistics and route optimization . Coordinate and assist with truck loading to ensure products are loaded accurately and efficiently. Work in the warehouse. Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and in a timely manner. Ensure products are handled carefully and responsibly throughout the process. Follow all company health, safety, food safety, and workplace procedures . Assist with food processing and preparation when required. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Work collaboratively with team members across the operation. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned that are related to the position. Requirements Reliable, punctual, and responsible. Strong proficiency in technology. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team. Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Comfortable with physical, hands-on work. Good organizational and time-management skills. Willingness to learn different aspects of warehouse, logistics, and production operations. Commitment to workplace health and safety. Previous warehouse, logistics, food processing, or order-picking experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Position Details Full-time Midnight shift Why Join Us?
