Logistics and Supply Chain Manager

As a Logistics and Supply Chain Manager, you’ll coordinate supply chain planning, purchasing, procurement, production planning, and logistics inventory management. You’ll use data and cross-functional collaboration to keep inventory aligned with demand and support efficient manufacturing and delivery operations. Duties Lead supply chain management, inventory control, and demand planning; use inventory demand forecasting and demand forecasting analysis to guide decisions. Coordinate purchasing and direct negotiation procurement with suppliers, and align production planning with supply needs. Apply process improvement, continuous improvement, Lean, Lean manufacturing, Lean management, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis to address operational challenges. Use supply chain analytics, data analysis skills, and quantitative analysis to monitor performance and identify opportunities. Your impact: Better-informed planning helps teams maintain product availability and serve customers reliably. Manage projects and teams; collaborate across functions to implement improvements and track results. Experience Experience in logistics, supply chain, inventory management, procurement, or manufacturing operations. Working knowledge of ERP systems, including SAP, SAP ERP, Oracle EBS, and MRP (material requirements planning); experience with supply chain planning is valuable. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business intelligence tools, such as Tableau and Power BI; SQL (Structured Query Language) experience is preferred. Familiarity with data visualization software and applying analytics to forecasting and inventory decisions. Demonstrated project management, team management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Pay: $29.00 - $38.00 per hour Work Location: Remote
