Logistics and Procurement Analyst

About the Job: Are you a tech-savvy supply chain professional who enjoys turning data into insights and finding smarter ways to work? We’re looking for a Logistics and Procurement Analyst to help transform how we manage logistics and procurement data, reporting, and costs. In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, and Finance, helping the organization gain better visibility into costs, identify opportunities, and make better business decisions. A big part of the role will be helping us move from manual reporting toward more automated, scalable, and data-driven processes. You’ll have the opportunity to work with tools such as Palantir/Foundry, Claude, Power BI, SAP, and Business Warehouse, while also helping develop new reporting and analytics capabilities. In your future role as Logistics and Procurement Analyst, you will: Own global freight data , including shipment volumes, freight costs, and related KPIs, ensuring data accuracy and visibility in Palantir/Foundry. Build and improve dashboards and reports to analyze outbound freight costs, identify trends, explain variances, and make recommendations for improvement. Support the logistics price forecasting process , working closely with Logistics Procurement and Finance to ensure accurate and timely forecasts. Partner with Procurement, Logistics, and Finance teams to provide data-driven insights and analysis that support business decisions. Develop graphs, presentations, and insights for month-end reviews and business meetings. Support month-end accounting activities, including journal entries, open PO analysis, and SOX-related checks. Support the functional cost budget and rolling forecast process, including updates in Anaplan and analysis of cost drivers and opportunities. Track cost savings and leakage, helping the organization identify opportunities and measure progress. Analyze data from SAP, Business Warehouse, Power BI, and other systems to support cost, master data, and performance analysis. Participate in Lean Six Sigma (L6S) projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Support sustainability reporting and other ad-hoc projects for Logistics, Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial Services leadership. Help develop the future of reporting and analytics by identifying opportunities to automate manual processes and leverage technology and AI. We believe you bring: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business, Industrial/Process Engineering, or another related discipline. A Master’s degree is a plus. Experience working with SAP, Business Warehouse, and Excel. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to turn data into clear business insights. The ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and Accounting. Strong communication skills and the ability to work comfortably in an ambiguous and changing environment. A mindset for continuous improvement and the ability to initiate and manage change. Experience with Power BI, Cost Tracker , and PowerPoint is a plus. Experience with AI tools such as Claude is a strong plus , especially if you’ve used AI to improve reporting, analysis, automation, or productivity. Experience with Palantir/Foundry or similar data and analytics platforms is highly desirable.
