Logistics Analyst II
ConfidentialDescription: About the Role Adaptive Insight LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business supporting GSA's Fourth-Party Logistics (4PL) Program, is hiring a Logistics Analyst II to support Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) logistics operations on-site at Kitsap, WA. This position performs independent logistics analysis and operational support, exercises judgment in resolving routine logistics issues, and serves as a reliable contributor to the customer mission. What You'll Do Independently manage logistics transaction data, inventory accountability records, and shipment coordination in compliance with contract performance standards Analyze logistics data to identify discrepancies, trends, and areas for process improvement Prepare, review, and submit logistics reports and documentation required by the contract and government customer Coordinate directly with government customer representatives, regional coordinators, and transportation providers Support physical inventory operations and equipment accountability Mentor and provide guidance to Logistics Analyst I personnel as directed Requirements: What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field; OR four (4) or more years of progressively responsible experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation operations Minimum two (2) years of direct logistics operations experience, preferably supporting federal government contracts or military installations Demonstrated proficiency in logistics data systems, inventory management software, or government platforms Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with particular strength in Excel Ability to obtain and maintain a GSA Medium Risk Public Trust clearance and required facility access credentials U.S. citizenship required (required for federal facility access) Preferred Experience with government logistics platforms (GCSS-Army, DPAS, SARSS, LMP, FEDMALL, or similar) Prior performance on GSA, DoD, or other federal agency logistics contracts Military logistics experience What We Offer Comprehensive benefits including ICHRA health reimbursement and 401(k) Safe Harbor QACA plan with company match Paid time off and 11 federal holidays annually Adaptive Insight LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).
