Logistics Analyst

Supply Chain / Logistics Analyst 1.-Purpose of the Position To make sure that clients have updated information on their orders and quotations. To ensure the requirements from our clients concerning deliveries, service and product quality are met. 2.1.- Main Processes and Tasks (Specific) Sell: Support in the assurance of production quotas for optimal programming and use of lines. Capture and monitor orders from our clients. Answer to calls from clients. Administration and Monitoring: Establish and monitor inventories that ensure client satisfaction. Support sales executives in activities forwarded to client service. (Procedures, Inclusions, Exclusions, etc.) Make sure the requests from clients are met. Correctly administrate the resources assigned for execution of activities (Human, Equipment, Facilities, etc.) Participate in work teams and/or projects for improvement in commercial processes. Response to Claims: Capture claims from clients.
