Hands-on experience using a transportation management system. Experience managing or evaluating carriers, freight forwarders, 3PLs, 4PLs, or lead logistics providers. Ability to analyze transportation data and translate findings into practical recommendations. Proficiency with Excel and transportation reporting. Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to work onsite five days per week in Westerville. Preferred Qualifications Power BI experience. Oracle TMS or Oracle ERP experience. Kinaxis experience. Ocean-freight experience. Experience supporting shipments across APAC or EMEA. Experience managing a lead logistics provider or 4PL relationship. Process-mapping experience using Visio or Lucidchart. Exposure to AI, reporting automation, or logistics workflow automation. Spanish-language skills. Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will be curious, proactive, and comfortable working without a fully established playbook. This person should take ownership of problems, ask thoughtful questions, identify improvement opportunities, and build practical solutions rather than waiting for detailed direction. Why Consider This Opportunity? Join a growing organization with a large, complex transportation network. Gain broad exposure to international freight, carrier management, TMS operations, and transportation analytics. Take on meaningful responsibility and visibility early. Help shape a newly created role and improve logistics processes. Work in an environment where initiative, curiosity, and continuous improvement are valued.
