Logistics Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Analyst to support a client in Greensboro, NC. This role will be contract-to-hire, M-F 8-5 and hybrid (M-Th onsite, F remote). To be eligible for this role, you must have imports, international logistics and/or logistics compliance experience. Responsibilities: Monitor shipment activity, bookings, and transportation performance. Prepare recurring reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses for leadership. Track and analyze logistics KPIs, identifying trends, exceptions, and opportunities for improvement. Support carrier and vendor performance management through data analysis and reporting. Investigate shipment discrepancies and resolve logistics-related issues. Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize freight flow and support operational efficiency. Assist with reporting automation and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred. 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, imports, compliance or a related function. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong analytical skills Experience with ERP, SAP and Power BI
