Position Summary Amkor Technology is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Analyst to support global transportation, import/export compliance, inventory visibility, and supply chain operations. This role is responsible for coordinating international shipments, monitoring inventory movement, resolving logistics issues, and ensuring efficient material flow across a global semiconductor supply chain. The ideal candidate brings experience in international logistics, supply chain operations, transportation management, or trade compliance, with a solid understanding of import/export processes, customs requirements, and global freight operations. This individual is analytical, highly organized, and capable of coordinating the movement of materials across a fast-paced, global semiconductor supply chain. Key Responsibilities Logistics Operations & Transportation Manage daily domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely pickup, transit, customs clearance, and delivery. Coordinate transportation activities with air freight carriers, ocean carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and third-party logistics providers. Monitor shipment status and provide proactive communication regarding transportation milestones, risks, and exceptions. Review shipping documentation for accuracy, including commercial invoices, packing lists, airway bills, bills of lading, and export documentation. Support inbound and outbound logistics activities across manufacturing, warehouse, and customer fulfillment operations. Import, Export & Trade Compliance Assist with import and export activities to ensure compliance with applicable customs regulations and corporate policies. Partner with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and internal compliance teams to facilitate customs clearance activities. Support classification, valuation, country-of-origin, and recordkeeping requirements. Monitor international trade activities and escalate potential compliance risks to appropriate stakeholders Assist in maintaining accurate trade and transportation records in accordance with regulatory requirements. Inventory & Supply Chain Visibility Track inventory movement throughout the supply chain and support inventory accuracy initiatives. Analyze transportation and inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement. Monitor inventory levels, material availability, and shipment performance metrics. Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure timely receipts, storage, transfers, and shipments of materials and finished goods. Support cycle count reconciliation and inventory investigation activities as needed. Problem Resolution & Continuous Improvement Investigate and resolve shipment delays, customs holds, delivery disruptions, and supply chain bottlenecks. Escalate transportation and operational issues when appropriate and drive resolution through cross-functional coordination. Prepare and maintain logistics performance reports and key metrics. Identify opportunities to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce transportation costs, improve service performance, and increase visibility.
