Logistics Administration Associate

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Logistics Associate, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless movement of goods inbound and outbound through our OTC pharmaceutical packaging and distribution center. Utilize your organizational and planning skills and detail orientation to facilitate accurate and efficient logistics operations. Duties Assist in scheduling outbound shipments based on production requirements. Organize physical shipment paperwork and maintain comprehensive digital archive of all outbound logistics records. Support the preparation of Shipping documents, BOLs, ASN Labels and labels for small parcels. Create shipping paperwork according to customer specifications. Ensure materials are delivered to sites in a timely manner as per clients' criteria and acquire Proof of Deliveries. Schedule and track in bound shipments. Conduct data entry tasks accurately within ERP system to track shipments, inventory movements, and trade compliance documentation. Help confirm and communicate carrier pick-ups. Maintain customer service logs. Qualifications Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in logistics within a warehouse distribution business. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word) Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for order quantities, measurements, and shipment weights. Strong data entry skills in ERP systems with attention to detail to ensure accuracy Excellent communication skills coupled with a customer service-oriented mindset to support team collaboration and operational efficiency.
