Company Website: www.karatpackaging.com Reports to: Warehouse Logistics Manager Job Overview: Responsibilities include supporting all supply chain procedures, from coordinating deliveries to managing shipping documentation. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized and understand the order fulfillment cycle. Responsibilities: Handle trucking and freight claims Prepare and manage freight quotations Review and process freight billing/invoices Arrange and coordinate warehouse/DC transfers Schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers Follow up on shipment status and carrier updates Maintain shipping records and documentation Communicate with carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations Requirements: Experience in logistics, transportation, or freight coordination preferred Knowledge of LTL/FTL shipping and carrier scheduling Familiar with freight claims and billing processes Good communication and problem-solving skills Proficient in Excel and logistics systems Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Experience: Freightview, NetSuite, or similar logistics systems Carrier appointment scheduling Transfer order coordination Benefits: PTO, 40hrs Paid Sick Leave, Health/Dental/Vision available after successfully completing the 90 days/3-month probationary period. 401(k) available after one year of employment.
