Logistics Sales & Account Manager — Join Our Growing Team! McCain Logistics LLC is looking for a motivated, driven, and goal-oriented Logistics Sales & Account Manager to join our growing team! We are seeking a Logistics Sales & Account Manager who will play a key role in growing our customer base, developing long-term partnerships, and helping companies solve their transportation needs. This position is ideal for someone with experience in freight brokerage, logistics, transportation sales, customer service, or business development , but we are also open to motivated individuals who have the drive and willingness to learn the industry. Responsibilities Include: Prospecting and developing new customer relationships Making outbound cold calls and following up with potential customers Building and maintaining strong customer partnerships Managing customer accounts and providing exceptional service Quoting and negotiating transportation solutions Working with trucking software, TMS systems, and load boards Coordinating with carriers and operations teams to ensure successful shipments Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts Meeting and exceeding sales goals What We Are Looking For: Strong communication and relationship-building skills Competitive mindset with a desire to win Self-motivated and able to work independently Excellent follow-up and organization skills Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Someone who wants a career, not just another job Logistics experience is preferred but not required.
