We move LTL and truckload freight for manufacturers, distributors, and consumer brands across the U.S., and we’re building our team in Northeast PA. The role You’ll own the day-to-day execution of our freight: booking, tracking, problem-solving, and keeping customers informed. If you gravitate towards getting customers of your own you can grow into a broker/customer sales position. What you’ll do Book and dispatch LTL and truckload shipments in our TMS Cover truckload freight: post loads, call and negotiate with carriers within set rate targets, vet carriers, and send rate confirmations Track shipments from pickup to delivery and proactively update customers Schedule pickup and delivery appointments with shippers and warehouses Resolve LTL exceptions: reweighs, reclasses, missed pickups, accessorial disputes, and claims Collect PODs and paperwork so shipments bill quickly and accurately Keep customer and shipment records accurate in our CRM and TMS Build strong relationships with our customers and core carriers What we’re looking for 1+ year of experience in freight brokerage, 3PL, logistics, dispatch, or customer service (LTL experience is a big plus) Extremely organized; you don’t let things slip through the cracks Clear, fast communication by phone and email Calm under pressure when a load goes sideways Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and learning new software (TMS, load boards, CRM) Self-motivated and able to work independently while we’re remote Nice to have Experience with load boards (DAT, Truckstop) and carrier vetting Familiarity with freight classes, NMFC, and LTL accessorials Interest in growing into sales or account management What we offer $45,000–55,000 base salary + commissions/performance bonus, realistic OTE would be 60-70k year one with $100k+ being a real opportunity year 2.
