Role Description: The Logistics Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Cleveland’s Ohio City. This role is responsible for managing onboarded customers accounts, developing business relationships, and ensuring efficient movement of freight across multiple modes. Day-to-day tasks include quoting customers for new opportunities, scheduling pickup and delivery appointments, and resolving service issues in a timely manner. The Logistics Account Manager communicates updates to customers, and collaborates with internal teams to deliver high-quality service. The role also involves identifying new sales opportunities within existing and prospective accounts, following up on leads, and contributing to revenue growth. Qualifications: 1 year of Logistics Account Management and Sales skills to grow and retain customer relationships. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with customers, and internal teams. Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain long-term partnerships. Candidates should possess basic logistics and freight knowledge (TL, LTL, 3PL operations) and the ability to learn new systems and technology platforms. Relevant qualifications : include prior experience in logistics, transportation, brokerage, or a related field, and proficiency with CRM or TMS software.
