Logistics Account Manager

DLS Logistics LLC is hiring a Freight Broker / Account Manager to build customer relationships and manage freight from quote to delivery. This role is a fit for someone who enjoys talking with customers, solving transportation problems, and staying on top of the details that keep shipments moving. What you’ll do Develop new customer relationships and grow existing accounts Respond to quote requests, price shipments, and follow up on opportunities Coordinate with customers, carriers, and dispatch throughout each load Provide shipment updates and resolve service issues promptly Identify recurring lanes and opportunities to earn more business What we’re looking for Experience in freight brokerage, logistics sales, or transportation account management Strong communication and follow-through Confidence discussing rates and working through customer needs Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities at once Familiarity with open-deck freight is a plus DLS works with customers on a range of freight, including flatbed, step deck, Conestoga, and dry van shipments. We value responsiveness, practical problem-solving, and long-term relationships.
