Responsibilities
• Strategic sourcing and supplier management for airlines, freight forwarders, and related service providers
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships; conduct capability, performance, and risk assessments
• Source and negotiate airline contracts (BSA, GSA, SPA) and manage contract terms
• Lead RFQ/RFP processes, organize bid events, and ensure compliant submissions
• Perform cost analyses across air freight, surcharges, and related charges; build cost models
• Develop procurement strategies to improve competitiveness and achieve cost savings
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Customer Service to craft logistics solutions
• Administer procurement systems, maintain records, and produce KPI dashboards and reports
• Support continuous improvement of procurement and pricing processes
Key requirements
• 4+ years in freight forwarding, 3PL, or logistics sourcing/operations focused on Air Freight
• Experience managing RFP/RFQ processes and financial data xklufbp analysis
• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or Finance preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
• Strong negotiation skills and problem-solving mindset
