Phoenix Yard Driver | $23-$24.50/Hr + Overtime | Home Every Night Let's skip the fluff. Here's the deal, and then you can decide. THE DEAL You work the yard and local runs around Phoenix, about 40 hours a week, and you sleep in your own bed every night. Starting pay is $23.00 to $24.50 an hour, with time-and-a-half once you pass 40 hours. Most drivers bring in around $1,200 a week, or roughly $62,400 a year.
