Local Shipment Coordinator

Position Summary We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Local Shipment Coordinator to join our Miami team. This office-based position plays an important role in coordinating local deliveries, processing work orders, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring accurate documentation. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, proficient in Microsoft Office, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate local deliveries and communicate shipment details with relevant departments. Prepare, process, and maintain work orders and shipment documentation. Monitor inventory and maintain accurate records. Prepare and review invoices and related documentation. Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and operations personnel to ensure timely order fulfillment. Maintain and organize mill certificates and other required documents. Update and manage spreadsheets, reports, and records using Microsoft Office and Google Sheets. Assist with resolving shipment discrepancies and orderrelated issues. Perform other related administrative duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Minimum of two years of college education or equivalent relevant work experience. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Spanish. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience using Google Sheets. Strong organizational and timemanagement skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities. Strong communication and problemsolving skills. Authorization to work in the United States. Willingness to undergo a preemployment background check. Compensation Starting pay is $20.00 per hour. Higher compensation may be considered based on experience and qualifications.
