ROLE DESCRIPTION This full-time, on-site Roll Off Driver position is based in Dallas, TX. Drivers are responsible for safely operating trucks in the delivery, placement, and pick up of concrete washout containers to and from customer job sites. Daily tasks include performing pre and post trip inspections, securing loads, following specific directions to job locations, while complying with all DOT regulations, as well as all company guidelines, and site safety requirements. The driver will interact with customers on site, confirm placement and relay any new service needs to the scheduling manager. They will also complete basic tablet work to log services, and report and issues or damage with equipment to the yard manager. Driver is requires to maintain a clean, operable truck, communicate with dispatch throughout the day, and support other operational needs as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Proven truck driving experience in roll off operation, and tanker truck is needed, crane truck is a bonus along with a strong understanding of safe driving practices and vehicle operation. Valid CDL class A or B with tanker endorsement in good standing, clean driving record and knowledge of DOT regulations. Must have verifiable CDL driving for the past 3 years minimum. Effective communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with dispatch, site personnel, and customers. Ability to perform comprehensive routine vehicle inspections, basic maintenance check, and accurate completion of logs and deliveries. Must have reliable attendance, be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, and be able to lift, climb, and perform physically active work. Applicant must have a commitment to safety, teamwork, and following company policies and procedures at all times.
