The Role: We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our moving and logistics team as a Local Crew Member. This is a hands-on position responsible for loading, transporting, and delivering customer goods safely and professionally. Key Responsibilities: Load, unload, and secure customer belongings with care and attention to detail. Assist with local moving and delivery projects while maintaining company operating standards. Ensure all equipment needed for each project is accounted for, utilized properly, and returned after use. Complete shipment documentation and other required company forms accurately.Communicate daily with dispatch regarding schedules, deliveries, and project updates. Maintain clean and organized vehicles, equipment, and work areas. Fuel vehicles as required and maintain necessary fuel receipts and records. Immediately report any cargo, property, vehicle damage, or safety concerns. Assist with facility cleanup, inventory control, and equipment management. Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality service standards. Participate in required meetings, training programs, and professional development opportunities. Work collaboratively with crew members to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
