Local Flatbed Driver-Class A CDL required

Edmund Allen Lumber Company is seeking a dependable, safety-focused Class A CDL Flatbed Driver to join our team. Position Summary The Local Class A CDL Driver is responsible for safely delivering lumber and building materials to customer locations while maintaining compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards. Drivers represent Edmund Allen Lumber in the field and play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities · Safely transport and deliver lumber and building materials to customers · Treat customers in a friendly and professional manner · Follow assigned delivery schedules and routes · Maintain a safe work environment at each delivery location · Follow all jobsite safety rules and requirements · Secure flatbed loads · Obtain signed delivery tickets and complete delivery documentation · Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections · Complete logs and required paperwork accurately and on time · Comply with all DOT, federal, state, and company regulations Required Qualifications: · Valid Class A CDL, Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving experience · Current Medical Card · FMCSA Clearinghouse enrollment · Ability to lift, load, and perform physical job duties · Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English If you're a safety-focused CDL driver looking for a stable career with excellent benefits and an employee-owned company, we'd love to hear from you.
