Local Class A CDL driver W/ 2 Years Experience

Job Overview Last Call Logistics is hiring! We are looking to hire experienced full time & part time Local CDL driver hauling dry van trailers. (Driver will have to use Straps and load locks) Local work only- home every night Responsibilities Safely operate Class A commercial tractor-trailer Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with DOT regulations. Drive route-specific deliveries while adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols. Manage the secure transport of various cargo types Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, and delivery documentation in compliance with federal regulations. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate pickups and deliveries while providing excellent customer service. Qualifications Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record. Proven experience operating tractor-trailers or similar heavy-duty trucks in a commercial setting. Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is preferred. Knowledge of route driving best practices and safety procedures for freight transportation. Strong understanding of DOT regulations related to hours of service, vehicle maintenance, and safety standards.
