Questions Contact - joe@irbn.org Apply At - https://intelliapp.driverapponline.com/c/4015186 Position Overview NEW HOME DAILY CDL-A CAREER OPPORTUNITIES This position is a 40 hour per week full time position Overtime pay if route runs over 8 hours each day Route runs Monday through Friday 7am to 3pm Route begins and ends in South Bend, IN Typically 2-5 stops each day for pickups/deliveries Driver will use an electric pallet jack to load/unload palletized product Pickup and Deliver Palletized Food Products to dedicated Warehouse locations in Chicago Paid Holidays and Vacation time Great Pay - Steady Work - Good Equipment Key Responsibilities You’ll be responsible for moving product between our facility, suppliers, and customer locations. Safe Equipment Operation Operate company tractors and trailers in compliance with FMCSA and DOT regulations Drivers are the outward face of IRBN; welcoming customers, delivering exceptional service, and troubleshooting issues on the spot to keep operations running smoothly Conduct pre-trip/post-trip inspections and paperwork Efficient Deliveries Execute local and regional delivery routes, averaging 2–5 stops per shift Load/unload product as needed (no-touch freight whenever possible) Documentation & Compliance Accurately read and complete load paperwork, bills of lading, and delivery receipts Follow all safety, security, and compliance procedures You’ll Need: Licenses & Certifications Class A CDL, without automatic transmission restriction and in good standing (clean MVR) Current medical examiner’s certificate Abilities Pass a Physical Ability Test (PAT) Read, speak, and comprehend English fluently Experience 1 year driving experience Prior LTL or P&D experience is a plus What We Offer Limited Stops and Predictable Schedule: Route is 2-5 stops 0700-1500 M-F Guaranteed Pay Structure: Days completed in less than 8 hours are rounded up to incentivize great service and performance.
