INSTRUCTOR CONDUCT DISCLAIMER We understand that many students who attend truck driving schools have unfortunately experienced instructors who simply sit down and observe, spend time on their phone, or engage in unrelated conversations instead of actively teaching. At TGA Truck Driving School, we want to be clear that this type of behavior is not acceptable. Our instructors are expected to be engaged, professional, and always involved in student learning. This means being next to the truck, providing guidance, ensuring safety, and actively coaching students through every step of their training. Any instructor who fails to meet these expectations will be subject to corrective action, up to and including termination. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Must possess a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) – Class A license.
