Competitive Pay: $23–$25 per hour Local Delivery Routes – Home Daily Driver Safety Incentive Program Company-provided trucks Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company matching Paid holidays and paid time off Life insurance Employee discounts Opportunities for career growth Supportive, team-oriented work environment What You'll Do Safely operate commercial delivery trucks along assigned local routes Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Load, secure, transport, and unload tires and related products Deliver customer orders safely, accurately, and on time Maintain professional and friendly relationships with customers Use company-provided handheld devices to confirm deliveries Maintain communication with dispatch and management throughout the day Follow DOT regulations, company safety procedures, and transportation policies Assist with warehouse operations when needed What We're Looking For Valid CDL (appropriate class and endorsements for assigned equipment) Minimum 2 years of CDL driving experience required Clean driving record and safe driving history Knowledge of DOT regulations and commercial vehicle inspections Ability to successfully complete a company driving evaluation Ability to pass applicable DOT drug screening, background checks, and employment verification Experience with local delivery routes preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Dependable, professional, and safety-minded Comfortable with a physically active delivery position Safety Isn't Just a Priority — We Reward It!
