Local CDL-A Reefer Driver – Brand-New Electric Jacks | Sleep in Your Own Bed

We are hiring Class A CDL drivers in Hatfield, Massachusetts, for local reefer routes delivering fresh and frozen groceries across the Northeast, with daily deliveries in New York City. Drive late-model assigned automatic day cabs, use brand-new electric pallet jacks, and be home every day. Pay & Bonuses • Drivers have earned about $90,000 per year ($1,730.77 per week) • $0.48 - $0.56 per mile • $50 daily rate • $21 per drop and hook stop • $42 per NYC stop and $45 per liftgate stop • Paid holidays at $160 per day • Paid online orientation and paid training • PTO from day one • 401(k) with company match • Medical, dental, and vision after 30 days Schedule & Home Time Home daily Early starts with a consistent schedule Local routes within 350 miles of Hatfield, MA Onsite management support Routes & Freight • Deliver fresh and frozen groceries to supermarkets and distribution centers • Daily deliveries in the NYC boroughs, plus NJ, MA, VT, RI, NH, ME, PA, and upstate NY • Multi-stop loads, about 15–20 stops per week • One long load per day, sometimes followed by a shorter one • Occasional return pickups and backhauls • Training provided on electric pallet jacks Equipment Assigned automatic day cab trucks, averaging 3 years old or newer Reefer trailers in 46', 48', 51', and 53' sizes • New 100% electric pallet jacks • Uniforms provided Requirements: Valid Class A CDL Minimum 9 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience No SAP Drivers Clean driving record DOT Medical card Comfortable driving and delivering in New York City daily Reliable transportation to and from work
