Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Local CDL-A Driver based in Opelika, AL! This exciting role offers the opportunity to operate refrigerated trailers and transport freight efficiently within local routes, ensuring timely deliveries while enjoying the comfort of being home daily. As a vital part of our logistics operation, you will navigate over-the-road (OTR) driving routes, handle various types of cargo including hazardous materials and automobile transportation, and uphold the highest safety standards. Your expertise in commercial truck driving and dedication to excellent service will drive our success forward. Average weekly pay: about $1,200-$1,500. PAY BREAKDOWN 5-day schedule: $800-$1,200 per week 6-day schedule: $1,300-$1,550 per week - Short loads (under 51 miles): $40 per load - Stop pay, 5-day schedule: $10 per stop - Stop pay, 6-day schedule: $10 for the first stop, $15 for each stop after Dedicated Walmart grocery account. Home daily. Day and night shifts. Weekend and holiday work required. Runs to Atlanta, Birmingham, and South Georgia. Choose a 5-day or 6-day schedule.
