Strong local pay with daily home time! Ingredients Plus is hiring local CDL A Drivers based in Landisville, Pennsylvania. This position is designed for drivers who want competitive weekly earnings without spending nights away from home. Local drivers typically work the same consecutive five-days each week and return home daily. Exact finish times may vary based on assigned routes and business needs. Our drivers deliver food-grade ingredients using liquid tank trailers, bulk pneumatic trailers, and van trailers. Pay and schedule Current drivers average approximately $1,700 per week Home daily $0.68 per mile plus additional component pay opportunities including: Liquid unloading Bulk unloading Detention DVIR inspections Drop-and-hook assignments Quarterly performance bonus opportunities Tenure bonuses that increase with time Weekend and layover incentives when applicable Weekly direct deposit This position requires the flexibility to work various days and times, including holidays and weekends as needed. Additional shifts may be mandated based on business needs. Pay Transparency Note: The advertised weekly amount reflects average current earnings based on payroll results. Average earnings include mileage pay and eligible component pay and are not a guaranteed weekly minimum. Actual earnings vary based on assigned routes, mileage, activity pay, available work, and time worked.
