What You'll Do: Unload floor-loaded and palletized trailers and containers by hand, including dry, refrigerated, and frozen freight Load outbound trailers safely and efficiently Sort, palletize, shrink-wrap, label, and stage freight to client specs, including cross-dock and same-day loads Count freight against paperwork and report damages or shortages Operate pallet jacks (we'll train you) Work as a crew to hit daily goals and client SLAs Requirements: Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and team-lift heavier items Able to stand, bend, and reach for a full shift Dependable transportation to sites across the Inland Empire 18 or older Nice to have: lumper, container, or warehouse experience; pallet jack experience; bilingual English/Spanish. Pay and awards: You start at $17/hr base, and you can earn performance-based incentive awards on top of that for the work your crew completes. Our top crew members earn roughly $25–$30 an hour. You can also earn a monthly Reliability Award for perfect attendance and on-time arrival. When someone you refer stays with us 90 days, you earn a Referral Award of $300.
